Required profile : You have successful previous experience in a call center, ideally in outbound calls (telesales or appointment setting).You master the French language perfectly, both spoken and written (without an accent).You have excellent listening skills, quick wit, and unwavering conviction.You are results-oriented and enjoy challenges.You are persistent, dynamic, and cheerful on the phone.
