Ensure that composite parts and manufacturing processes comply with customer requirements and internal procedures.

Ensure compliance with cleanroom working conditions: cleanliness, temperature, humidity and prevention of contamination.

Check the traceability of raw materials and their storage, preservation and use conditions.

Identify and address non-conformities with the production and methods teams.

Analyze the causes of defects and monitor corrective actions.

Check manufacturing records and quality records.

Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor quality indicators and raise awareness among teams regarding the requirements applicable to composites.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering degree or Bac+5 in quality, industrial engineering, materials or equivalent field.

Minimum 2 years experience in aeronautical composites, particularly in cleanrooms .

Good knowledge of composite parts manufacturing processes and material traceability requirements.

Mastery of cleanroom work rules and contamination prevention.

Knowledge of aeronautical quality requirements, in particular the EN 9100 standard.

Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving tools: 8D, 5 Whys and Ishikawa.

Ability to read technical drawings and to utilize manufacturing files.

Good level of French and technical English.

Rigour, analytical mind and ability to work with production and methods teams.
