Sometimes, they may also need to close sales. Reporting to the team leader, their main responsibilities include: receiving incoming customer calls, actively listening to callers, identifying their needs, analyzing their requests and directing them appropriately, maintaining the highest quality of customer service, and ensuring the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives. Before taking on the role, comprehensive training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities entrusted to them.

Perfect command of the French language, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong argumentation skills. Commercial acumen. Excellent listening skills. Demonstrated empathy. Experience in telemarketing (inbound calls) is desirable.
