The Rabat International University Hospital (HUIR) is looking for a qualified and motivated Senior Network Engineer (M/F) to join our team. They will be responsible for the design, deployment, operation, and evolution of the institution's network infrastructures. They will ensure the availability, performance, security, and resilience of network architectures in line with business needs and the organization's strategic directions.

Network Design and Architecture

• Design and evolve LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Datacenter network architectures.
• Define technical standards and best practices for operation.
• Participate in digital transformation and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Carry out technical studies and network architecture diagrams.

Administration and Operation

• Manage network equipment (switches, routers, Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls, load balancers).
• Ensure network availability and performance.
• Supervise and optimize communication infrastructures.
• Handle complex Level 2 and 3 incident management.

Cisco Networks and SD-Fabric

• Design, deploy, and administer Cisco Enterprise environments.
• Implement and operate infrastructures based on Cisco SD-Access (SD-Fabric).
• Administer Cisco DNA Center solutions and network segmentation architectures.
• Ensure automation and orchestration of network services.

Network Security

• Implement network security policies.
• Administer access control and segmentation solutions.
• Participate in security audits and vulnerability management.
• Design highly available and secure architectures.

Documentation and Governance

• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop operational and service continuity procedures.
• Participate in defining specifications and evaluating technical solutions.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to technical teams.

Required profile :

• Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP, STP, and QoS protocols.
• Excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Datacenter architectures.
• Proficiency in high availability and network redundancy technologies.
• Excellent command of Cisco Catalyst and Nexus equipment.
• Proven expertise in Cisco SD-Access (SD-Fabric).
• Good command of Cisco DNA Center.
• Management of Cisco Wireless Controllers (WLC) and wireless infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Firewall solutions (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or equivalent).
• NAC, network segmentation, SSL/IPSec VPN.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity applied to network infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Monitoring tools: PRTG, Centreon, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or equivalents.
• Network automation (Python, Ansible, REST API) is a plus.
• State Engineering degree in Networks and Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent (Master's degree - Bac+5).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise network administration and architecture.
• Significant experience in designing and operating complex Cisco infrastructures.
• Participation in Cisco SD-Access / SD-Fabric deployment projects.
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise certification (mandatory or highly desirable).
• Network security certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team and manage cross-functional projects.
