Your mission: As a VoIP Expert, you will be the technical lead for the voice ecosystem and will be responsible for project management as well as maintaining the operational status of the platforms. Your responsibilities: Manage technical projects from end to end: Scoping and design Coordination of engineering teams Monitoring of schedules Risk and dependency management Reporting and governance Ensure RUN monitoring: Management of major incidents Escalations to suppliers and operators Root cause analysis Action plans and continuous improvement Monitoring of service quality Lead technical evolutions: Architecture studies Deployments Production releases Move to Run Guarantee compliance with: Architecture standards Cybersecurity requirements ITIL processes
