Ensure the conformity of composite parts and manufacturing processes to customer requirements and internal procedures. Ensure compliance with cleanroom working conditions: cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and contamination prevention. Verify the traceability of raw materials and their storage, preservation, and use conditions. Identify and address non-conformities with the production and methods teams. Analyze the causes of defects and monitor corrective actions. Verify manufacturing records and quality documentation. Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor quality indicators and raise awareness among teams regarding the requirements applicable to composites.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in quality, industrial engineering, materials science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in aeronautical composites, particularly in cleanroom environments. Sound knowledge of composite parts manufacturing processes and material traceability requirements. Proficiency in cleanroom procedures and contamination prevention. Knowledge of aeronautical quality requirements, particularly the EN 9100 standard. Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving tools: 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams. Ability to read technical drawings and utilize manufacturing documentation. Good level of French and technical English. Rigorous, analytical, and able to work effectively with production and methods teams.
