Job description

Foundever is recruiting outbound customer service representatives for its Casanearshore site.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting customers who are considering canceling their contracts.

• Developing the customer portfolio .

• Marketing and promoting products.

• Identifying customer needs, advising them, and proposing solutions tailored to their requirements, while adhering to guidelines established by management.

• Ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management.

Main responsibilities

Desired Profile

Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher, and

prior experience in outbound calling is preferred.

A good level of French (both spoken and written) is required, along with

strong listening and customer service skills,

good computer skills,

and be diligent, committed, and punctual.
