• Ensure the conformity of composite parts and manufacturing processes to customer requirements and internal procedures.

• Ensure compliance with cleanroom working conditions: cleanliness, temperature, humidity and prevention of contamination.

• Verify the traceability of raw materials and their storage, preservation and use conditions.

• Identify and address non-conformities with the production and methods teams.

• Analyze the causes of the faults and monitor corrective actions.

• Check manufacturing records and quality records.

• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree or Bac+5 in quality, industrial engineering, materials or equivalent field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in aeronautical composites, particularly in cleanrooms .

• Good knowledge of composite parts manufacturing processes and material traceability requirements.

• Mastery of cleanroom work rules and contamination prevention.

• Knowledge of quality requirements for aeronautics, in particular the EN 9100 standard.

• Mastery of cause analysis and problem-solving tools: 8D, 5 Whys and Ishikawa.

• Ability to read technical drawings and utilize manufacturing files.

• Good level of French and technical English.

• Rigour, analytical mind and ability to work with production and methods teams.
