Job description
Join our teams as an Insurance Customer Service Manager and help clients manage their insurance policies.
Daily, you will provide quality service by phone and email, ensuring accurate handling of requests and personalized support.
Your main tasks

• Handle customer requests by phone and email.
• Assist policyholders in managing their car and home insurance policies.
• Verify supporting documents and check file compliance.
• Approve contracts according to established procedures.
• Write personalized responses tailored to customer requests.
• Ensure thorough follow-up of files until fully processed.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality support.

Required profile :

Candidate profile
You enjoy customer contact, are detail-oriented, and want to grow in an environment where service quality is essential.
The ideal candidate has:

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Good computer and management software skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and punctuality.
• Ability to adapt and flexible working hours.
• A strong customer service focus and commercial mindset.
• Good listening, communication, and persuasion skills.
• The desire to take on challenges and meet set goals.
• Ability to work in a team while being independent.
• A first experience in customer relations or the insurance sector is a plus.

Working hours
Activity is organized from Monday to Saturday:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Paris time).
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Paris time).

Schedules are set based on business needs.
Net salary + bonuses
Salary package up to 8,700 DH net, including a fixed salary and performance-based bonuses.
