Your responsibilities:

You will actively contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the R&Q Framework in France and North Africa. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure operational monitoring of the R&Q process throughout the life of the missions (client/mission acceptance, KYC, conflicts of interest, reputational issues, R&Q review of contracts, analysis of subcontracting, confidentiality management) and formulate recommendations for partners and operational teams.

• Facilitating acceptance committees: preparing files, processing applications, formalizing decisions and associated conditions

• Participate in updating R&Q procedures, policies and methodological guides, and ensure their proper application.

• Communicating and raising awareness among teams about R&Q best practices: facilitating training sessions, disseminating alerts, and providing daily support to operational staff.

• Participate in the annual compliance and quality review process for LoS missions.

• Contribute to R&Q transformation projects initiated at the Global and French levels (continuous improvement, tool deployment):

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma from a Bac +5 program (business school, engineering school, university law, risk management, auditing, finance)

• Successful first management experience; ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in Consulting, Risk & Quality, Audit, Internal Audit or Compliance.

• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills; rigor and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for supporting and training teams.

• Good communication

• Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and the ability to take a step back

• Strict adherence to confidentiality rules regarding assigned missions and files.

• Legal concepts (contract law, compliance) appreciated

• Proficiency in Salesforce (SF) is appreciated; aptitude for project management
