YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage projects related to thermal and energy management systems and associated attributes.
• Develop integration and validation plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and project management.
• Prepare and facilitate test planning meetings.
• Coordinate activities and ensure effective communication among the various project stakeholders.
• Create, monitor, schedule, and manage physical validation tests through PLM tools.
• Anticipate potential delays, assess associated risks, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Evaluate test results and ensure compliance with validation requirements and established testing procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems.
• Strong knowledge of engine operation, ECUs, and control systems.
• Knowledge of thermal management and energy management systems.
• Skills in data analysis, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an automotive project environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain a strong professional network.
