Health & Safety Manager Casablanca | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join our organization operating in a demanding environment, specialized in preparing, handling, and distributing food products for the airline sector.

Position:

Reporting to the Senior Manager QHE, you will be responsible for:

• Defining, implementing, and monitoring the Health & Safety policy within the company.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal H&S standards.
• Deploying measures to prevent occupational risks and fostering a safety culture among teams.
• Conducting site audits, analyzing incidents/accidents, monitoring action plans, and regular reporting.
• Training and raising employee awareness on HSE best practices.
• Ensuring coordination with operational teams (production, logistics, hygiene, quality).
• Supervising compliance with H&S rules in a constrained environment: customs zones, food flows, handling, cold storage, production equipment, etc.
• Excellent command of current regulations and risk analysis methods.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or equivalent diploma.
Proven professional experience of 2 to 3 years in Health and Safety at Work (H&S), ideally in the industrial sector.
