Join Tri-Wall / Gecoinsa Maroc, a leading player in designing and making industrial and technical packaging. Located in the heart of the Tangier free zone, this industrial sales engineer position places you at the center of the Moroccan automotive ecosystem. Your mission is to carry out a proactive commercial development strategy with leading car manufacturers and suppliers, while providing sharp technical expertise to design innovative packaging solutions.

The main goal is to steadily grow the business in Morocco by combining both technical and sales skills. You will be a key contact person, able to carefully analyze customers' complex logistics needs, turn these requirements into cardboard, wood, or mixed packaging solutions, and manage the entire sales process, from the initial technical analysis to the final project approval.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Actively seeking and developing customers in industrial zones, initially focusing on the Tangier region.
• Technically analyzing the constraints related to parts (dimensions, weight) and logistics flows to propose customized solutions.
• Coordinating information flow between engineering, purchasing, and production departments to ensure technical feasibility.
• Preparing accurate sales offers and performing rigorous cost calculations in Excel.
• Closely monitoring prototypes, manufacturing stages, and customer approvals to ensure optimal satisfaction.

Required profile :

A higher education degree, such as an engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or logistics, is essential for success in this role.

Proven experience in an industrial environment is required. Prior expertise in the automotive sector or in technical packaging, industrial logistics, or materials will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate masters the following skills:

• Fluent in French, with a B2 level in English and Spanish, in addition to Moroccan Arabic.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a very good command of Excel for pricing.
• Strong interpersonal skills for prospecting and account management.
• Driving license and personal vehicle are essential.

Advantages:

• • Experience in the automotive sector.
• • Experience in industrial packaging, technical packaging, cardboard, wood, or industrial logistics.
• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD tools.
• • Experience in preparing technical offers or quotes.

Conditions:

• Fixed salary based on skills and experience. Indicative range: 150,000 to 250,000 Moroccan Dirhams gross per year.
• Commissions.
• Mileage allowance according to company policy.
