Join a dynamic player in the insurance sector based in Fez. As an HR advisor, the role involves supporting the development of human capital within a growing structure, ensuring the smooth running of personnel management processes and aligning skills with the company's strategic goals.

The main objective is to structure the human resources function to optimize the social climate and talent development. Special attention is paid to implementing effective recruitment policies, enhancing employee skills through continuous training, and rigorously managing personnel administration to support the company's overall performance.

Daily work within this team includes the following tasks:

• Complete recruitment management, from defining needs to integrating new hires.
• Daily personnel administration, including tracking files, payroll, and employment contracts.
• Design and deployment of the training plan to support employee development.
• Advising managers on issues related to labor law and human resources management.
• Analysis of HR performance indicators to propose continuous improvement measures.

Required profile :

A higher education degree of Master's level (Bac +5 or higher) is required, with an academic specialization in HR, personnel management, or training.

Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally gained in the service or insurance sector, is essential to meet these challenges.

To succeed in this role, mastery of the following levers is essential:

• Solid expertise in Moroccan social legislation.
• Proficiency in talent management and training steering tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for fluid and constructive communication.
• Analytical skills and organizational sense to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
