As part of the development of its activities and the expansion of its network in Morocco, Jameel Motors Morocco is recruiting a Project & HSE Manager based in Casablanca, with travel throughout the national territory.
Reporting to the HR & Support Functions Department, you will play a key role in managing construction, renovation, and development projects for our infrastructure (showrooms, workshops, warehouses, and offices), while ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and adherence to our brands' standards.
Your main responsibilities:

• Manage construction and renovation projects from start to finish: feasibility studies, design, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate external stakeholders (architects, engineering firms, inspection bodies, and contractors) and ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise tenders and contractual follow-up, in collaboration with the Purchasing, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Ensure the administrative and regulatory compliance of sites: building permits, operating licenses, conformity certificates, and relations with competent authorities.
• Oversee the management and compliance of the real estate portfolio: land titles, leases, documentation, and deadline monitoring.
• Deploy and manage the HSE policy across all sites, ensuring risk prevention, employee safety, and compliance with environmental requirements.
• Supervise HSE audits, prevention plans, and corrective actions, as well as safety training and drills.
• Ensure the proper acceptance of projects and the handover of technical files and preventive maintenance plans to the relevant teams.
• Provide reporting to Management, through monitoring of performance indicators, budgets, project progress, and HSE results.
  

Required profile :

You are an engineer by training (Master's degree level), specializing in civil engineering, construction, or an equivalent field, with confirmed experience of 6 to 10 years in managing construction and renovation projects, including at least 4 years in client-side project management or representing the client.
You also have at least 3 years of experience in managing HSE issues and a good understanding of Moroccan regulations regarding urban planning, construction, safety, and real estate compliance.
Skills and qualifications sought:

• Proven experience in carrying out commercial or industrial real estate projects (showrooms, workshops, warehouses, commercial spaces).
• Excellent command of project management: planning, budget monitoring, contractor coordination, and quality control.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan administrative procedures: authorizations, permits, compliance, and land registry.
• Mastery of HSE requirements, risk assessment, and prevention procedures, with knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and Excel.
• Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

French and Arabic proficiency, with a good professional English level.
Additional advantages: certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or HSE, as well as experience in the automotive sector, distribution, or a multi-site environment.
A driver's license and national mobility are required.
