Job :

Audit information systems (OSS/BSS) according to best practices (Tmforum, ITIL, etc.)

• Contribute to the definition of IT system master plans applying the TOGAF standard

• Analyze BSS and OSS modules, identify their weaknesses, and propose solutions

• Manage Telco IT transformation projects (budget monitoring, planning, change management, etc.)

• Lead the requirements gathering phase, drafting specifications and RFPs

• Evaluate responses to tenders and negotiate contracts with IT solution publishers and integrators

• Facilitate workshops and coordinate different stakeholders (business, IT department, partners)
