Within PwC Morocco, you will join the Technology Consulting C2D2 team (Cloud, CIO Advisory, Digital Risk, Data & AI) .

We support General Management, Business Units and Information Systems Management in defining and implementing their technological transformation programs.

Our services include, in particular:

• Information systems strategy and governance;
• IT master plans and transformation roadmaps;
• The transformation of organizations and IT operating models;
• Project management assistance (AMOA) and the management of transformation programs;
• Digital transformation and the improvement of business processes;
• Cloud programs and the modernization of technology platforms;
• Data governance, data valorization and artificial intelligence use cases.

In a context marked by the acceleration of digital transformation in Morocco and the ambitions supported by the Morocco Digital 2030 strategy , we support the main players in the public and private sectors in their modernization and innovation projects.

To support our growth, we are looking for Associates and Senior Associates who wish to contribute to the development of our offerings and the success of our clients' projects.

Your responsibilities:

Depending on your level of experience, you will be required to:

• Participate in IT strategy and governance consulting missions;
• Contribute to the definition of IT master plans and transformation roadmaps;
• Conducting scoping studies, opportunity analyses and business cases;
• Supporting clients in their digital and technological transformation projects;
• To intervene in AMOA (Assistance to Project Management Assistance) and project or program management missions;
• Participate in work related to data governance and artificial intelligence;
• Contribute to Cloud initiatives;
• Produce high value-added analyses, recommendations and deliverables;
• Participate in the commercial development of the activity (commercial proposals, responses to calls for tenders, market studies, capitalization).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma from a top engineering school or a leading Bac+5 university program;
• First experience of 2-5 years in consulting or in a function related to information systems, digital transformation, data or technology;
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • CIO Advisory et gouvernance IT ;
  • IT strategy and transformation of IT organizations;
  • Project management assistance and project management;
  • Digital transformation and process improvement;
  • Data Management, data governance and artificial intelligence;
  • Cloud and platform modernization;
• Good ability to analyze and structure complex problems;
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) is appreciated;
• Excellent qualities in terms of action, relationships and presentation;
• Strong curiosity for new technologies and their impact on organizations;
• Autonomy, rigor, results-oriented and team spirit;
• Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
