About the position: As part of the development of our ServiceNow projects, we are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant or ServiceNow Business Analyst specializing in the HRSD module, to strengthen our teams and work on high-value projects within complex and constantly evolving environments. Your mission

• Gather and analyze the business needs of HR teams and clients.
• Facilitating scoping and functional design workshops.
• Write the functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in the configuration and setup of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• To ensure communication between the technical and operational teams throughout the project.
• Supporting the testing, acceptance and production phases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digitalized HR processes.
• Participate in incident management, change requests and user support.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• You have at least 6 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform , with proven expertise on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module .
• You have participated in HR digital transformation projects as a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant , Business Analyst or Functional Consultant .
• You are proficient in gathering and analyzing business needs, facilitating workshops, writing functional specifications, and supporting acceptance testing phases.
• You have a good knowledge of HR processes and the functionalities of the ServiceNow HRSD module (Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, etc.).
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration and collaboration with technical teams is an asset.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a good analytical mind and a strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in professional English is appreciated.
