About the position: As part of the development of our Salesforce projects and the digital transformation of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Copado & Salesforce Consultant to strengthen our teams and work on high-value projects. You will be involved in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce deployment, continuous integration, and release management processes using the Copado solution, while ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of production releases. Responsibilities associated with this role include managing Salesforce deployments via Copado and release management activities. Your mission

• Manage and coordinate Salesforce deployments across different environments.
• Administer and optimize the Copado platform in order to automate delivery and production processes.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and secure deployments.
• Ensure the management of releases, versioning and Git branch strategies.
• Coordinate the development, QA and production teams during production releases.
• Guarantee the quality, compliance and traceability of Salesforce deployments.
• Participate in resolving release-related incidents and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Produce and monitor performance indicators for deployments and releases.
• Supporting project teams in adopting DevOps and Release Management best practices.
• Release management, environment management, CI/CD and deployment governance activities are explicitly associated with the roles of Copado/Salesforce in the references found.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma from an engineering school or a Master's degree in Computer Science.
• You have at least 6 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• You have significant experience with Copado , Git and DevOps practices.
• You are proficient in Release Management processes , environment management and Salesforce deployment.
• You have solid experience in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• You are comfortable with version control, change tracking and Salesforce deployment automation.
• Copado, Git, CI/CD, release governance and environment management skills are explicitly cited in the references found.
• A Copado and/or Salesforce certification is an asset.
