Your role

As a Digital Validation Engineer for Noise & Sealing, you will lead vehicle development and validation activities in the areas of noise and sealing, in order to guarantee the achievement of quality, performance and project milestone objectives.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Manage and monitor vehicle development and validation activities in the areas of Noise & Sealing, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
• Ensure the analysis of test results, the consolidation of technical conclusions and the drafting of quality reports.
• Manage the scheduling of assigned activities and coordinate actions between the different stakeholders (project, business lines, clients).
• Identify technical risks, propose preventive actions and support teams in the search for suitable solutions.
• Facilitate follow-up points, conduct technical meetings and ensure regular reporting of service progress.
• Ensure the management of the BOM, PLM and technical documentation related to validation activities.
• Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external clients by effectively meeting their expectations and communicating in a clear and structured manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of vehicle development methods and tools and support teams around project objectives.

Desired profile:

• Bac+5 in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a first experience of 0-2 years in vehicle development, testing or validation.
• Proficiency in CATIA, PLM and test data analysis tools; experience on Stellantis / Renault projects will be an asset.
• Experience in managing a team or a multi-resource activity and good command of document management and BOM.
• Good knowledge of the automotive environment and product development processes in the areas of Noise & Sealing.
• Excellent writing skills, analytical and synthesis skills, and rigor in carrying out tasks.
• Leadership, autonomy and ability to manage technical activities in a multidisciplinary and demanding environment.
• Customer focus and results-oriented culture, with a strong ability to anticipate risks and propose corrective actions.
• Advanced level in French and intermediate level in English, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
