Missions:

• Monitor design and industrialization projects
• Drafting case follow-up reports
• Ensure operational communication with clients and suppliers (Project Review, Weekly Progress Meetings)
• Manage updates to cutting tool project files
• Archiving and capitalizing on the lessons learned from business
• Create workload processing schedules based on revenue estimates
• Perform digital modeling and reassembly of equipment and tools (3D & 2D) and assembly analysis,
• Update the site plans and monitor the unloading and implementation of resources and activities related to safety and energy needs studies.
• Participate in the study of the implementation of assembly and machining production lines

Desired Candidate Profile

Training:

Industrial/Mechanical Engineering graduate or equivalent, you have initial experience in the automotive sector in methods and/or process activities.

Experience: 15 years

Required skills:

You are rigorous, persevering, organized, methodical and responsive, your ability to work both in a team and independently and your teaching skills allow you to gain the support of teams and energize projects.

• Proficiency in computer-aided design software (CATIA, AUTOCAD),
• Proficiency in quality tools and continuous improvement tools,
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining and assembly) is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel tools and standard functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables), VBA is a plus.
• Basic concepts in project management,
• Very good level in French and English (basic knowledge of Italian is a plus)
