Profile :

We are seeking a versatile ERP Functional Support Engineer, possessing both technical and functional expertise, to join the Information Systems Department (ISD) of the Scalian Group. As part of a 7-person team and reporting to the Head of Studies and Development, you will be responsible for the application maintenance of our ERP (Unit4 Business World) within the context of an international digital transformation. With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation, you are recognized for your rigor, proactivity, and in-depth understanding of business processes (Purchasing, Finance, HR, Sales, Billing).

Missions :

• Provide ERP support by responding to user requests via the ticketing tool.

• Document the solution guides for each ticket processed.

• Monitor ERP-related processes (error tracking, interfaces, logs, events and incidents).

• Propose, specify and test technical and functional improvements related to current tickets.

• Participate in the production and maintenance of reports integrated into the ERP system.

• Validate the proper functioning of the deliverables produced by our external partners.

• Specify the parameter changes and implement the configuration modifications (technical and functional) within your scope.

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile: Higher education (minimum Bac+2, engineering degree or equivalent) with strong technical and functional versatility.

• Required experience: 2-4 years of initial experience as an ERP administrator in a multi-company environment (e.g., Unit4, Sage X3, Oracle, SAP or similar).

• Communication level: Fluent English required (written and spoken); French is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Tools and Methodologies: Proficiency in SQL queries and SQL Server. Proficiency in ITSM tools (ideally EasyVista and/or GLPI) and a basic understanding of ITIL processes. Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
