As a PMO , you will be at the heart of project management and your responsibilities will include:

• Structuring and managing : Implementing project management standards (plans, milestones, deliverables) and ensuring their application.
• Consolidate and monitor : Ensure follow-up of schedules (development, industrialization, production) and identify deviations in order to propose catch-up plans.
• Managing risks : Leading the risk management process, maintaining up-to-date records and monitoring associated action plans.
• Optimize performance : Consolidate QCDP indicators, track budgets and maintain effective dashboards.
• Communicate and alert : Prepare reporting materials for project committees and alert in case of major deviations.
• Supporting the teams : Training and supporting Project Managers in the use of tools and methods, and facilitating coordination between departments (Quality, Supply Chain, Production, etc.).
• Continuously improve : Capitalize on feedback (lessons learned) and propose improvements to PMO processes and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education : Bac+5 (engineering degree or equivalent) in industrial engineering, project management or related field.
• Experience : 2-6 years in project management or PMO in an industrial environment .
• Comp tences techniques :
  • Mastery of project management tools ( MS Project, Primavera or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of industrial environments (development, industrialization).
  • Good understanding of supply chain and quality issues
  • Mastery of performance indicators (costs, delays, risks) and quality methods ( FMEA, risk management ).
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP/PLM (an asset).
