Mission Description

Production Management:

Guarantee the achievement of production objectives in terms of volume, quality, and deadlines.
Ensure adherence to the manufacturing schedule.
Optimize the use of human and technical resources.
Monitor the unit's performance indicators.

Team Management:

Supervise, motivate, and develop production teams, supervisors, and team leaders.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee skills development.
Ensure the maintenance of a positive work environment and effective communication.
Quality, Safety, and Environment:
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality standards.
Guarantee the application of work procedures and instructions.
Analyze safety and quality incidents and manage associated action plans.

Continuous Improvement

: Deploy Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SQCDP, TPM).
Identify and implement productivity improvement projects.
Reduce scrap, downtime, and production costs.

Technical Management:

Work closely with the Maintenance, Quality, Methods, and Logistics departments.
Participate in the launch of new industrial projects.
Ensure the availability and performance of machining equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree

(Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of

experience

in industrial production management.
Significant experience in machining, ideally in the automotive sector.
