Mission Description

Team Management:
Supervise, motivate, and support a team of assembly operators.
Organize task allocation according to production needs.
Ensure the integration and training of new employees.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and company standards.
Production Management:
Guarantee the achievement of defined production objectives.
Ensure adherence to the sequencing and production plan.
Analyze performance gaps and implement necessary corrective actions.
Ensure the availability of human and material resources.
Quality:
Guarantee the conformity of assembly operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Lead quality problem-solving initiatives.
Participate in continuous improvement and defect reduction.
Safety and Environment:
Ensure compliance with HSE rules.
Identify and report risk situations.
Participate in safety audits and prevention initiatives.
Develop a safety culture within the team.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects.
Propose and implement performance improvement actions.
Contribute to the optimization of production processes .

Desired Candidate Profile

Required profile: Master's degree
(Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
Experience in team management within an industrial environment, ideally automotive.
Good knowledge of automotive assembly processes.
