As a Systems Engineer / Requirements Management (DOORS) you will be responsible for:

• Gather and analyze operational needs and system requirements (client / standards).

• Write and maintain the technical specifications (SRS, SDD, ICD, etc.).

• Participate in the functional and architectural design of systems (functional analysis, SysML diagrams, interface management).

• Contribute to integration, verification, validation and qualification (IVVQ) activities in connection with the technical teams (electronics, software, mechanics).

• Ensure traceability of requirements (DOORS, ) and monitoring of non-conformities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and references.

Qualifications

At Scalian we have a 3-step recruitment process:

- First phone call with our Talent Acquisition team (30 min)

- A video interview with a Business Manager or Business Unit Manager to discuss our projects (1 hour)

- A technical interview with the Delivery Manager (1 hour)

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university equivalent), ideally in embedded systems, electronics, computer science or mechanics.

• Successful experience (minimum 2-5 years) in systems engineering in a complex industrial context (defense, space, aeronautics, rail, energy).

• Mastery of requirements management tools (DOORS, Capella, SysML).

• Knowledge of the V-cycle and associated standards (ISO 15288, EN 9100, DO-178, etc.).

• Good interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills, sense of rigor and organization.
