Ensure the implementation of defined norms and standards concerning equipment, processes, software and systems within the plant's Engineering department.

Supervise the execution of engineering activities related to project management.

Contribute to the development of new equipment and production processes, in coordination with the production preparation and production technology teams.

Ensure the allocation and distribution of resources within the production plant, according to operational needs.

Qualifications et Exp rience

• Education level: Bac+5 (Master's degree or engineering degree) in industrial engineering or equivalent degree.

• Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in management or team leadership roles.
