Job description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced hotel Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations across an upscale hotel portfolio in Morocco. We are seeking a commercially driven hospitality leader with a strong track record in hotel operations, financial performance, and guest experience, capable of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the group’s continued growth.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English & French, additionally Arabic & Spanish beneficial
- At least 8–10 years in operational management in upscale or luxury hospitality, including at least five years as COO, multi-property General Manager or equivalent.
- Prior experience as GM of leading 5-star or higher-end properties is strongly expected
- Demonstrated experience in Guest satisfaction & proven F&B or lifestyle concept achievements.
About:
- Build a cohesive leadership team across the GMs through regular forums, best practice sharing and joint decisions.
- Support and challenge each GM while respecting operational autonomy.
- Define and roll out product strategy and guest-experience standards, including SOPs and training.
- Drive F&B concepts and cultural programming that connect hotels to their local communities..
- Manage consolidated segment performance: occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR, P&L and cost control without compromising quality.
Salary Package:
- $11300 nett basic + performance bonus + expat benefits
