  • Analyze existing sales processes and gather user requirements.
  • Participate in defining target processes and their translation into SAP S/4HANA SD.
  • Contribute to the configuration of the module's main functionalities: customer order management, price determination, deliveries and invoicing.
  • Participate in the configuration of master data for customers, products and commercial conditions.
  • Study the integration flows between SAP SD and the MM and FI modules.
  • Prepare and execute unit tests and integration tests.
  • Identify anomalies, analyze discrepancies and contribute to their resolution.
  • Write the functional documentation and test scenarios.
  • Participate in the preparation of training materials and user support, according to the progress of the project.
