Main responsibilities:
PLM data analysis: Map and extract textual data from PTC Windchill (ECR/ECO change histories, quality reports) to create a knowledge base.
AI assistant development: Develop a conversational agent based on a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture connected to Windchill APIs to guide engineers.
IoT connectivity and automation: Connect the lightweight stream of field sensors so that each IoT alert automatically triggers the AI to search for and propose the historical solution.
Deployment and testing: Validate the relevance of the AI's responses and write the technical documentation for users.
Technical environment:
PLM: PTC Windchill (PDMLink/MPMLink modules), REST APIs.
AI & Models: Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, open-source LLM (Mistral, Llama 3).
IoT & Data: Lightweight protocols (MQTT, JSON), Web APIs.
Development tools: Git, Python environments.
