Your mission
: Reporting to the Group CSR Director, you will lead the CSR strategy across several countries. You will be the key contact and decision-maker, supported by the group's resources.

• You implement the CSR roadmap and advance each country by relying on a network of local relays, which you manage without hierarchical link.
• You structure and deploy the CSR building blocks yet to be constructed.
• You prepare and lead CSR committees, consolidate reporting and manage regulatory projects, labels and certifications.
• You support the sales and marketing teams on customer CSR issues and lead the CSR communication for the region.
• You ensure regulatory monitoring and manage the annual budget.

Your profile

• You have solid CSR experience in a company, within a group whose CSR approach is structured.
• Having worked in consulting is a valuable asset.
• You know how to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate without hierarchical authority.
• You are comfortable facing a management committee and know how to make a complex subject clear.
• You have a perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
