Job Description

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager for Morocco, you will be responsible for managing all IT recruitment within your area. You will join a global community of internal recruiters, including 8 local recruitment officers, all passionate about the tech industry.

The main missions:

• to guarantee the achievement of the objectives of the voter recruitment plan.
• Define the target profile and sourcing strategy.
• Market our offers and ensure their distribution.
• Carry out the direct approach/headhunting via LinkedIn.
• Conducting HR evaluation interviews.
• Supporting managers in making the final decision.
• Conduct salary negotiations and follow up with candidates.
• Draft employment contracts.
• Ensure compliance with the procedures and tools associated with our group recruitment policy.
• Participate in the school relations policy > development of new partnerships and maintenance of existing partnerships, defining interventions in schools: forums, courses etc.
• Facilitate weekly recruitment committee meetings with the internal client
• You will be involved in a service and advisory capacity with the operational teams and will be responsible for reporting on your activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

What do you bring to the table?

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an IT services company, a recruitment agency or a headhunting firm.
• A very good knowledge of tech profiles.
• English is a must for this position
• Managing high-volume recruitment and sourcing techniques for scarce or highly sought-after profiles.
• Autonomous, organized, persevering, optimistic by nature, and you have a real ability to convince!
• You possess certain action-oriented qualities, demonstrate rigor and have good interpersonal skills.
