We are looking for a Senior AI Engineering Back & Mobile Lead to design, integrate and deploy Artificial Intelligence building blocks and models at the heart of the new point-of-sale system to optimize operational performance, processing reliability and the point-of-sale experience.

Its missions:

• AI Architecture, Modular & Omnichannel : Design and integration of AI components within a modular, scalable architecture interconnected in real time with the IS ecosystem. Deployment of predictive models and automation to support omnichannel payment challenges.

• Optimizing User Experience (UX) through AI : Integrating intelligent assistance features into point-of-sale interfaces to streamline the sales process. Reducing wait times at the point of sale through optimized workflows and processes.

• Security, Performance & Reliability : Leveraging AI for anomaly detection, error prevention, and cash flow security. Guaranteeing overall compliance, high availability, and performance of production models.

Qualifications

Required skills:

Must have

• Using Agentic AI to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications with Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js
• Architecting microservices and event-driven solutions
• Managing relational and document-oriented databases

Nice to Have

• Apply DevOps principles, especially CI/CD
• Use version control with Git
• Integrate craftsmanship principles and best practices such as SOLID, YAGNI, and test coverage with Sonar
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and development practices

Desired profile:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science
• Profile with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in AI Building.
• Experience in the retail/mass distribution sector would be an advantage.
• Over 10 years of experience in Java/Spring Boot development.
