We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused Waiters to join our hospitality team at The Groves for the upcoming Riyadh Season.

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will play an important role in maintaining service standards, supporting restaurant operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

3 month seasonal contract: Visa + flights + basic salary + accommodation + transport all provided for by the company. No expense for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating where required.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and answer guest questions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure correct food presentation and delivery to the appropriate tables.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond to their needs.
• Clear used plates, cutlery, glasses, and other items efficiently.
• Reset and prepare tables for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
• Assist with food running and general service duties during busy periods.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Good spoken English and confident communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
