Job :

As part of the development of our network, we are recruiting an HR Officer in Rabat.
Main mission:
To manage all HR activities in the region, ensuring administrative compliance, meeting recruitment needs, adhering to standard staffing levels, and controlling payroll costs, while managing the field HR teams.
Missions & Responsibilities:
Anticipate recruitment needs in line with store openings and target staffing levels.
Oversee and manage recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
Ensure personnel administrative management (contracts, absences, time tracking, probation periods).
Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of variable payroll data.
Monitor skills development, support career paths, and internal mobility.
Manage, supervise, and develop the skills of Regional HR Supervisors.
Oversee HR indicators and produce regular reports.
Ensure the consistency and application of HR policies across the entire region.
Manage social relations and support managers in handling sensitive situations.
Act as the main HR contact at the regional level and contribute to the employer brand.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational HR, ideally in a multi-site environment or mass retail.
Strong skills in HR management, labor law, and team management.
Leadership, rigor, analytical skills, and results-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a business partner mindset for the field.
