Job : Position :
Your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the store you are in charge of to guarantee customer satisfaction and achieve the defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Recruitment, monitoring, and customer loyalty;
- Commercial promotion of the store;
- Merchandise management;
- Team management;
- Store asset management;
- Performance steering.
Required profile : Profile sought:
With a Bac+4/5 degree in business, you have proven experience of more than 8 years, ideally in modern retail, including 3 years in managing a profit center, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to conduct negotiations;
- Ability to steer the performance of the activity within your scope and monitor indicators;
- Ability to maintain relationships with authorities;
- Ability to manage your store's assets;
- Leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills, Analytical and synthesis skills, Interpersonal and communication skills, Teamwork; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
