We are hiring - Store Manager | Marrakech
As part of our network development, Flormar Morocco is looking for a Store Manager to join our team in Marrakech.
Your mission
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for commercial performance, team leadership, and the smooth operation of the point of sale.
Your main responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and support the team daily
• Ensure an excellent customer experience
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and merchandising
• Manage stock and store operations
• Develop the individual and collective performance of the team
• Implement necessary actions to meet and exceed objectives
Required profile :
Profile sought
• Management experience in retail, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or perfumery
• Leadership and excellent commercial sense
• Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to unite a team
Position based in Marrakech
