Sometimes, they also have to finalize sales. Reporting to the team manager, their main tasks consist of: Receiving incoming customer calls. Actively listening to the interlocutors. Identifying their needs, analyzing their requests and directing them. Maintaining the highest quality of customer service. Guaranteeing the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives. Before taking charge of the mission, complete training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities entrusted to them.
