We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales this role you will be responsible for selling the companys products and services assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Your main goal is to drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will act as a key point of contact for customers providing product knowledge addressing concerns and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

هدفك الرئيسي هو تحقيق المبيعات مع تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة وستكون نقطة الاتصال الأساسية للعملاء لتقديم المعرفة بالمنتجات والتعامل مع الاستفسارات والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
Key Responsibilities المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
- Present promote and sell products and services effectively.
- Provide accurate product information and handle customer questions.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process to close sales.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store according to company standards.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
- الترحيب بالعملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم بدقة.
- عرض المنتجات والخدمات والترويج لها وبيعها بفعالية.
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات والرد على استفسارات العملاء.
- مساعدة العملاء خلال عملية الشراء لتحقيق المبيعات.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء باحترافية ولباقة.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية أو تجاوزها.
- الحفاظ على مظهر وتنظيم المتجر وفقا لمعايير الشركة.
- المساهمة بأفكار واستراتيجيات لتحسين المبيعات وتجربة العملاء.
Requirements المتطلبات
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer behaviour.
- Punctual organized and reliable.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو التجزئة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (بالعربية والإنجليزية).
- تركيز قوي على خدمة العملاء ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على اللباقة والهدوء في مواقف الضغط.
- مظهر أنيق واحترافي.
- معرفة أساسية بمبادئ البيع وسلوك المستهلك.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد والتنظيم والاعتمادية
