ServiceNow Lifecycle Management CLM Consultant Banking

About the Role
Müller`s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consultant. This full-time role requires strong hands-on experience in CLM solutions, specifically within the Banking/Financial Services sector. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow CLM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and provide support for ServiceNow CLM solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation within ServiceNow.
Manage comprehensive contract lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
Develop and maintain integrations with both internal and external systems.
Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs for solution development.
Support activities related to data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support for implemented solutions.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
Demonstrated strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
Proven background and experience within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, and automation.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
