We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented User Growth Specialist to help expand our player community, improve user engagement, and increase in-game purchase conversion. The ideal candidate should understand online games, communicate effectively with players, and be comfortable working toward user acquisition and revenue-related targets.
Responsibilities Attract new players through social media, gaming communities, referrals, and other approved channels. Introduce the game, its features, events, and benefits to potential users. Guide new players through registration, onboarding, and their first gameplay experience. Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing players. Encourage players to remain active by promoting relevant game events, rewards, and features. Introduce suitable top-up packages, promotions, and in-game benefits based on players’ interests and needs. Follow up with interested players and support them throughout the top-up process. Re-engage inactive players and encourage them to return to the game. Collect player feedback and report common concerns, preferences, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of user acquisition, engagement, and top-up performance. Achieve assigned targets related to new users, active users, retention, and revenue. Ensure all communication is professional, transparent, and compliant with company policies. Requirements Previous experience in user growth, online sales, customer engagement, business development, or game operations is preferred. Good knowledge of mobile games, especially strategy or competitive games. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable communicating with players through social media, messaging applications, and online communities. Target-oriented and able to work independently. Able to understand player needs and recommend appropriate game features or promotions. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is preferred. Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable remote-working environment.
