Outlet Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As an Outlet Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlet.

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
• Train motivate and supervise staff to maintain excellent performance and adherence to company policies
• Monitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage items served
• Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory place orders and control costs to meet budgetary goals
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency
• Prepare staff schedules and manage timeoff requests
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
• Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Perform administrative tasks such as reporting recordkeeping and cash management

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations with at least one year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
• Understanding of health safety and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
• Strong problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Relevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
