About the Trainee Program

Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is seeking a Culture and Engagement Trainee to join its HR team in Saudi Arabia through the Tamheer Program. This internship offers practical experience in supporting initiatives related to employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee experience. The role focuses on contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment within the company.

Role Overview

The Culture and Engagement Trainee will work closely with the HR team to support various initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This opportunity is designed for individuals looking to develop practical skills and build a foundation for a career in Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employee Experience.

Key Activities

• Learn culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance.
• Assist functional heads in identifying cultural performance gaps and implementing targeted communication and socialization initiatives to address these issues.
• Learn to prepare progress reports and performance analyses, understand areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
• Learn to foster a culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Motivated and detail-oriented individual.
• Interest in developing practical skills in Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employee Experience.
