About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Saudi National to join our Core Commerce team in Riyadh within the Account & Category Management function.

In this role, you will contribute to growing Trendyol’s marketplace in Saudi Arabia by acquiring and onboarding new sellers, developing existing seller accounts, and supporting category growth through commercial analysis and execution.

We welcome both fresh graduates with strong potential and candidates with relevant experience in sales, account management, business development, e-commerce, or category management.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, approach, and onboard new sellers, managing the journey from initial contact through successful onboarding.

  
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers and support their business growth on Trendyol.

  
  

• Work with sellers on assortment expansion, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

  
  

• Analyze category performance and competitor activity across selection, pricing, promotions, visibility, and key commercial events.

  
  

• Identify opportunities to improve category performance and develop new commercial initiatives.

  
  

• Collaborate with internal teams including Category, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Technology.

  
  

• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.

  
  

• Support commercial discussions and negotiations with sellers while ensuring a strong partner experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, or a related field.

  
  

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

  
  

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  
  

• Commercial mindset and interest in e-commerce and marketplace businesses.

  
  

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  
  

• Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets.

  
  

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  
  

• Good command of Arabic and English.

  
  

• Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, e-commerce, or category management is an advantage but not required for fresh graduates.
