About the Trainee Role
Principal Buyer | Saudi Power Procurement Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join its HR team in Saudi Arabia through the Tamheer Program. This internship offers hands-on experience across various areas of Talent Acquisition and HR operations, suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.
Role Overview
The trainee will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support the company’s talent needs. This involves attracting qualified candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This opportunity is designed for individuals motivated to develop practical skills and build a foundation for a career in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Key Learning Areas and Tasks
- Learn to establish and execute recruitment and localization plans to attract top talent and meet SPPC’s hiring needs.
- Understand the recruitment and onboarding process, focusing on the smooth integration of new employees through orientation, training, and team-building activities.
- Learn effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a qualified and diverse talent pool.
- Learn structured interview techniques, behavioral assessments, and competency evaluations to ensure candidates' suitability and alignment with organizational needs.
