Job description
1. Prepare plans for occupational safety and health.
2. Prepare work permits before commencing any maintenance or repair procedures.
3. Identify hazards in the work environment (physical, mechanical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic) based on their properties, sources, and methods.
4. Analyze and evaluate hazards and coordinate plans for training workers on them.
5. Oversee the preventive maintenance program and emergency response measures.
6. Review reports submitted by workers regarding occupational safety and health.
7. Participate in and conduct training sessions for workers in the field of safety and health.
8. Implement safety requirements to ensure the safety of the workplace and workers.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or related fields.
2. Certification in safety management (practitioner) from the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.
3. One of the following certifications: NEBOSH IGC/IOSH Managing Safely.
4. Must be physically fit and capable.
