- Develop and execute comprehensive pre-commissioning plans and procedures for pipeline systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee critical activities such as hydrotesting, cleaning, drying, and leak testing, meticulously documenting all results and deviations.
- Coordinate with construction, quality assurance, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of pre-commissioning activities into the overall project schedule.
- Manage the procurement, mobilization, and demobilization of specialized pre-commissioning equipment and personnel.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical,Petroleum Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience specifically in pre-commissioning or commissioning of large-scale pipeline projects.
Proven expertise in hydrotesting, flushing, cleaning, drying, and leak testing methodologies for oil, gas, and water pipelines.
Familiarity with international codes and standards such as API 1110, ASME B3, and relevant industry best practices.
