- Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project expenditures and variances, providing timely reports to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Implement and oversee effective cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for cost savings.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to forecast budget requirements and resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in cost control within the construction or engineering sectors.
Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly valued.
Demonstrated experience in using cost management software like Primavera, SAP, or similar tools.
