- Assist the Camp Boss in managing daily camp operations, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing personnel, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
- Oversee the camp staff, facilitating training sessions, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, ensuring timely availability while maintaining budgetary constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in camp management or hospitality roles, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is essential; additional safety training is a plus.
- Experience in remote or offshore camp settings is highly valued to ensure familiarity with unique challenges.
