- Oversee all aspects of coating application processes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and implement detailed coating project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage and mentor coating crews, providing technical guidance and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections, identifying and rectifying any coating defects or non-conformities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or a related technical field.
Holds NACE/AMPP or SSPC certifications at a level of Inspector or Coatings Specialist.
Brings 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial or marine coating application and supervision.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of various coating systems, surface preparation methods, and application techniques.
